This allows them to better perform at their job. We offer year round web based training courses that allow our team members to learn anything from Sales and Marketing to dealing with water, fire, or mold damages at their own pace. Our technicians also receive hands-on training. By teaming them up with some of our most experienced technicians we give them the opportunity to learn more about the business and process of restoration. Our owner Joe McCann is also very knowledgeable and will gladly teach our team members anything they want to learn.
